Simple Tropical Fruit Salad

What you need: 

1 mango
5 to 10 strawberries, quartered
2 tablespoons finely shredded dried or fresh coconut
Agave syrup, to taste

What you do: 

1) Peel and pit the mango and chop it into small cubes. Combine with strawberries in a bowl. Sprinkle on some coconut and agave syrup to taste. Mix together and you have a tasty and elegant raw vegan breakfast/snack/dessert!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was a nice little after dinner treat for us tonight.  I tossed in some fresh pineapple too and used larger flake coconut.  I think kiwi would also be a nice addition.
