Addictive Rice

What you need: 

vegan margarine
mushrooms, coarsely chopped
onions, finely chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
minute rice

What you do: 

1. In a saute pan, heat vegan margarine. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute until onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a saucepan, cook minute rice according to package directions.
3. After everything is cooked, add ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Serve.
I usually make a large amount for leftovers.

i made this rice earlier today and i thought it was yummy! the measurements i used were three cups cooked white rice, two tablespoons of earth balance, about one and a half cups mushrooms, and half of an onion. i tried to put a pic up but it didn't work. i shall try again later.
