mushrooms, coarsely chopped
onions, finely chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1. In a saute pan, heat vegan margarine. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute until onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a saucepan, cook minute rice according to package directions.
3. After everything is cooked, add ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Serve.
I usually make a large amount for leftovers.
