Awesome Veggie Pot Pie

What you need:

Filling:
1 large onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 cup peas
1 sweet potato, chopped
2 cups asparagus, chopped
2 cups chopped spinach
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
2 cups veggie broth
salt, to taste
cumin, to taste (I like a lot) Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil

What you do:

1. Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Soften onions, celery, and garlic in large saucepan. Mix in all of the veggies and veggie broth.
2. Add cumin, salt, and pepper. For crust, combine flours, salt, and olive oil in large bowl and knead with hands.
3. You may need to add more oil so it isn't too dry. Divide into 2 large balls. In a large casserole dish, shape 1 dough ball to cover the entire bottom of the pan.
4. Add veggie mixture. Cover with the other dough ball and try to touch the edges together. Bake for 30 minutes.

I don't know how this crust is supposed to work out, but it did not work at all.  I had to toss it :(  Looking for other crust recipes and hoping the veggies at least taste good to redeem this.
