I was inspired by this recipe to try making my own spinach smoothie today! I blended (about) 3/4 cup Silk vanilla soymilk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 peach, and a handful of fresh baby spinach, which made enough for one serving. I didn't even need to add sugar, and it was delicious and filling! The green color was very nice too.

Although I am a vegan I have a very very hard time with leafy greens - this will be my new way of sneaking them into my diet!  ;)b
