Best Black Bean Burgers

What you need: 

1 can of black beans

1 can of black eyed peas

1 red pepper chopped

1 large onion

2 carrots grated

1/4 cup of chopped parsley 

1 tablesoon of Lime juice

1/2 teaspoon of cumin 

1/2 teaspoon of papirika 

1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce(vegan)

1 tablespoon of Liquid smoke

1/2 cup of polenta 

1/2 cup of yucca flour

Couple shakes of your favorite hot sauce

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

What you do: 

Mash up beans, add rest of the ingredients, form into patties, and cook till brown on both sides. Enjoy!
