Cannellini Bean Spread Appetizer

What you need: 

1 can cannellini beans (or other white bean)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
3 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
parsley-fresh or dried
fresh pepper

What you do: 

Open can of beans & place in a bowl & mash w/ a potato masher. Add the crushed garlic, nutritional yeast, pepper & parsley. Mix together.
Can be refrigerated OR placed in shallow pan & placed in oven for about 12 minutes at 350. Tastes good cold & hot as well depends on your preference.

I tried this today and it was okay!
At first I was really disappointed but realized that was mostly my fault because I tried to make half a recipe but still put in the full amount of nutritional yeast, so it was too strong. The parsley really helped and instead of fresh garlic I used garlic salt.
I will attempt to make it again but was wondering what do you eat it with?
Tortilla chips? Toasted bread??


It sounds really good but about what size can of beans are you using?  Also, is it really that much garlic?  Tablespoons not teaspoons?  Just checking.  I love garlic but it sounds like a lot.
