Chocolate Banana Pudding
1/2 cup Carob powder (cocoa powder)
1/4 cup Dates (medjool dates are sweetest)
3 lg Bananas, partially frozen
1 cup Hazelnuts (pignoli nuts)
Using a processor, process all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding drops of water if necessary to help blend. You want to be careful as not make it to runny so only a little water at a time. Pour into parfait cups to serve.
