Fresh Salsa Wrap
1 tortilla or sandwich wrap
1 tomato, chopped
1 handful cilantro, ripped up
Pickled jalapenos, as many as you can handle!
A couple sprays of olive oil
Squeeze of lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: Nutritional yeast if you want a little cheesiness!
1) Put tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro onto the wrap. Spray with olive oil and add lime juice. Add seasonings and nutritional yeast if desired. Wrap up and enjoy!
A very simple, quick, delicious wrap!
Source of recipe: I wanted salsa but had no chips, and figured it would taste good as a wrap and was right!
