Garbanzo Waffles

What you need: 

Blend in blender:
1 cup soaked garbanzo beans, or 1/2 cup dry
2-3 dates
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 apple (optional)
2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
1 1/4 cup water
Add while blending:
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats

What you do: 

Preheat waffle iron. Coat iron with non-stick olive oil spray.
Pour in blended batter and bake until indicator light goes out and waffle is golden brown.
