Gnocci

What you need:

3 cups gnocci
about 12 cubes tempeh
about 1/2 cup frozen corn
1 small onion, chopped
about 1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
garlic (fresh, powder, or salt)
1/2 cup frozen spinach
pepper
2 teaspoon olive oil

What you do:

I obviously am not exact at all when I make this recipe, you can vary it a ton, it is very forgiving, but these are approximations.
Boil water for gnocci at the same time warming a frying pan.
Put olive oil in frying pan then put in cubes of tempeh and pepper and garlic. stir them around for a little while. Add in onion and stir around for a little while longer..
Add spinach and corn. Once all of that stuff warms up put in the marinara/ spaghetti sauce and turn off burner.
Meanwhile once water is boiling put in gnocci until done. once it is done drain it and add it to the sauce/veggies/tempeh.
Everything should be warm and delicious. I enjoy it just like this or sometimes with couscous...
