Guacamole with Tahini, Lime and Paprika

What you need: 

2 or 3 large avocados
chopped green onions
chopped tomato
hot pepper(s) of your choice
2 tablespoons tahini
the juice of one lime

What you do: 

1. Mash avocados in a bowl.
2. Add tahini - I usually actually add more of this for creaminess, but some people don't like a lot - its definitely a personal preference.
3. Chop and add onion, tomato and hot pepper(s).
4. Add lime and paprika... sometimes I also add dill - It compliments the lime nicely. I usually add some fresh ground pepper too.
5. Enjoy!!
