Hot Sauce Corn with Chicken

What you need:

1/2 onion, chopped
scallions, as desired
12 vegan chicken strips (I use Morning Star Farms)
oil, as needed
1 pound organic frozen corn
1 to 2 tablespoons vegan butter
garlic powder, to taste
hot sauce, to taste

What you do:

1. Begin to cook the onion, scallions, and "chicken" strips over the stove top. Oil the pan, if needed, to prevent sticking.
2. Before placing the corn into the frying pan along with everything else, make sure the onions are cooked how you like and the chicken is completely thawed. The corn will cook very quickly.
3. Add vegan butter, garlic powder, and as much hot sauce as desired. Add less hot sauce to start and add more if desired; if you add too much hot sauce then it might be to overwhelming to eat.
You are ready to eat!
