Hummus

What you need: 

1 15oz. can garbanzos/chick peas
1-2 cloves of garlic (depending upon your taste)
Cumin seeds to taste
2-3 tablespoon of Lemon Juice as to make a good paste
Fresh Cilantro

What you do: 

Put all of these into a food processor and process until smooth.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe needs some adjustments. First I had to add about 2-4 tablespoons of water to get my little processor to grind the beans up, and it was kind of bland and needed salt. So I added a splash of soy sauce. It turned out alright for being so low fat.
