I liked this dressing.  Easy to make and refreshing.  I used extra OJ and lime juice.  I also added a tad bit more sweetener...yum, I served it over a very simple salad of home grown lettuce, oranges and pecans.

Very good! I loved how easy it was to prepare. Out of personal preference, I may replace some of the orange juice with more lime juice, because I love me some limes. I also used 1 tbsp of dried mint since I didn't have fresh, and it turned out fine. Will make this again!

I used pineapple juice instead of orange, maple syrup instead of sugar and had no mint. It was super yum.
