Low calorie, healthy, simple tomato soup
1/2 to 1 onion, chopped into small pieces
1-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast, optional
dried rosemary, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
3-4 tomatoes (medium to large), chopped coarsely
1 1/2 to 2 cups broth
1. Saute onions in a little bit of broth until soft. Mix in nutritional yeast and spices. Stir quickly, and add tomatoes.
2. Slowly add in broth and stir. Season to taste.
3. After 10- 20 minutes (when tomatoes lose raw taste), blend with high-efficiency blender.
