No-Fat Caesar Salad
What you need:
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 lemon, zest of
1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
What you do:
Place garlic in a bowl. Mix in balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar; then mix in water, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix in with lettuce and serve.

So I would post a picture, but my salad just looks like wet lettuce. For being super duper low cal, it was alright, but it didn't taste like caesar at all.
This salad seems so low calorie that it couldn't compare to the Caesar Salads I have had in the past, but I will give it a try as soon as I get some fresh greens...
