Peanut Butter, Banana and Apple Sauce Sandwich

What you need: 

8 slices of a hearty wheat bread
peanut butter, preferably natural
2-4 bananas (depends on size) sliced
4 cups of apple sauce
cinnamon

What you do: 

Toast the slices of vegan bread while heating the apple sauce in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes. If the peanut butter (p.b.) is cold, place in the micro for about 40 seconds. Spread the p.b. on the toast to the desired thickness (I like it thick!). Place the sliced bananas on the peanut butter. Ladle about half a cup of the warmed apple sauce on top of the banana. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
It is possible to pick it up and eat it, but I find that it can get pretty messy!
