Peanut Butter Cookies

What you need: 

0.5 cups fructose
0.5 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon natural sweetner
0.5 cups sweetened peanut butter
0.25 cups unsweetened applesauce
0.25 cups vegan soy butter
Ener-G Egg Replacer for 1 egg
1.25 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
0.75 teaspoons baking soda
0.5 teaspoons baking powder
0.25 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Place covered in refrigerator for 1-3 hours (do not exceed 24 hrs). Preheat oven to 375 F. Roll into 1.25 in balls and place on greased cooking sheet. Flatten with fork making criss-croos pattern. Bake 7-10 minutes until lightly browned completely cool on wire rack before serving.

Hi!!!
I'd like to use sugar instead oif fructose, how much should I use?

I used sugar using the same quantity... I guess I should of added that to my modifications.  ;)

*mMmM* Really goooooood!

The only alterations I made were:
-No applesauce so I doubled up on "butter"
-An extra 1/4 c PB
-About a teaspoon of vanilla extract
