SO HOW'D IT GO?
Incredible, and it only took around 5 minutes. I love it!
Looks and sounds great! My cheap version of hot chocolate is a mixture of carob chips, soy milk, and a little bit of water. A little bit of carob goes a long way too. But I bet this recipe is much richer than mine. WIll definitely try it sometime
This was pretty good.
I made it all in the microwave and whisked every few minutes with gave it a nice froth on top (see photo)
Soy chocolate milk/hot chocolate always has this slightly gritty mouth feel to me and this one did but the ease it took to make and the rich taste made it less noticeable.
Sort of reminds me of Abuela's mexican hot chocolate from my pre-vegan days. Super good!
Awesome recipe. Better than 'real' hot chocolate!!!
this was SOOO good, yet so simple. the dash of cinnamon and vanilla made gave it that extra mmmm factor ;) great recipe!
