Pumpkin Nog

What you need: 

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup vegan vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cup soymilk
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Vegan whipped cream

What you do: 

1) Blend pumpkin, ice cream, soymilk, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Pour into mugs and garnish with vegan whipped cream.
Enjoy!

In the country where I am living, vegan ice cream is crazy expensive, so I just added extra soy milk and vanilla. A splash of creme de cacao makes it especially lovely!

non-dairy topping isnt vegan....it has casein. try out Soyatoo Soy whip. because hip whip tastes like shit.

also try "non-dairy topping", it's basically cool-whip and well.. self explanatory.
