Scrambled Seitan
What you need:
dash garlic powder
2/3 cup lite soy sauce
1 cup vital wheat gluten
What you do:
1. Mix the garlic powder into the soy sauce and add to the wheat gluten, adding more liquid if needed.
2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray, and saute the seitan over medium-high heat until browned.
Serve in place of ground meats in casseroles or burritos.
