Seitan Stew

What you need: 

1 cup seitan cut in smaller pieces
3 tablespoon arrowroot
1 lit frying oil
1/2 cup onions or scallions, fine cut
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut, cut in half
1/2 cup shitake(or other mushrooms), sliced
1 teaspoon sesame oil, toasted
1/2 cup water or dashi(kombu broth)
mirin (sweet japanese rice wine)
shoyu

What you do: 

Roll the seitan cubes in arrowroot and fry them.
Saute onion, mushrooms, tomatoes in sesame oil.
Add seitan and water, let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add mirin & shoyu for nice taste.
Also herbs or pepper are nice variation.
Goes with brown rice, noodles or pasta.
