Simple Cabbage Slaw

What you need: 

1 small head green cabbage
1 small head red cabbage
Juice of 3 lemons or limes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tamari
1/4 cup sesame seeds

What you do: 

1) Halve and then quarter cabbages. Then thinly slice the cabbage into strips and place in a large bowl. Toss the cabbage with the lemon juice, olive oil, and tamari. Stir in sesame seeds. Let sit for at least 1 hour but better if its longer. Enjoy!!!
