Soy Whipped Cream

What you need: 

1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup Oil
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

What you do: 

Place soymilk and 1/4 Cup oil in blender. Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in remaining 1/4 cup oil. Blend in syrup and vanilla, add a little more oil if necessary to thicken. There will be enough to top 1 pie!!
NOTE: RECIPE DOES NOT WORK WELL ON DAMP RAINY DAYS!!!

Not very good.  I mean, it was alright, but definately not making again...

ignore the naysayers. this recipe isn't so bad. i used almond oil and substituted agave nectar for the syrup, blended for a while, added a pinch of ener-g egg replacer to fluff it up a bit and put it in the freezer for almost an hour. it won't come out like aerosol whipped cream and it doesn't keep too well, but it made my banana split all the more delicious...
