Sprout & Salsa Sandwich

What you need: 

1 Slice of bread - toasted
Handful of fresh sprouts
1 - 2 Tablespoons of salsa

What you do: 

Put sprouts on one half of toasted vegan bread - spoon salsa over and then fold slice of vegan bread in half.
I love hot and cold combos!!!
