Super Flax Smoothie

What you need: 

2 servings of silken tofu
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 teaspoon flax ( add more if you want a nuttier flavor)
optional spices ( but still tastes great without)

What you do: 

Its simple. Just blend all ingredients together and... that's about it.
If it’s too, thick just add some more of either rice or soy milk or both. This drink has a nutty fruity flavor, and is accompanied by the healthy fat found in flax seeds.
Calories:315 Fat:4.6g Carbs:50g Protein:11g
Now these are approximations and will vary. So don't kill me if you calculate your beverage to have more or less of something :)
