Tahini Sandwich Delight!

What you need: 

1 carrot
2 tablespoon tahini (or less, depending on your mood!)
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 teaspoon Nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon vegan mayonnaise

What you do: 

Grate the carrot and place in bowl-add remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly! Simple and quick, it makes a unique sandwich filling that is somewhat sweet and satisfying. Enjoy
