The Ultimate Vegetable Sandwich

What you need: 

2-3 green chiles (jalapenos preferrably)
1 bunch cilantro
10-15 peanuts
2-3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oil
lemon juice (to taste)
salt (to taste)

What you do: 

Sandwich:
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
1 baked potato (either boiled or baked in an oven) 1 beet (boiled) 1 cucumber 1 tomato bread jaljeera (found in Indian grocery stores) or ground cumin
