Yummy Banana-Fruit Sorbet

What you need:

2 bananas
1/2 cup plain soy milk
2 to 3 tablespoons of organic, non-bleached cane sugar
second fruit of your choice (optional, good with strawberries!)

What you do:

In a small bowl, preferably with a lid, mash the bananas with a fork until reasonably smashed and the consistency is a little gooey. Add the organic, non-bleached cane sugar (to your taste), and mix. (Also add your second fruit if you have one.)
Pour the soymilk, mixing once more. Place lid over the top of the bowl and freeze between 1 and 2 hours. May take longer, depending on your particular freezer.
I don't know how this recipe would turn out with bleached sugar, it may not be as good. The completed consistency is usually somewhat frozen with a slight icy mush to it. Dig in!
Great for kids!
