yum! i used relish instead of pickle juice, miso mayo mixed with mustard, and added a 1/2 tbsp each of minced red bell pepper, celery and shredded carrot..

yeah kombu and konbu are the same thing :).. it is translated both ways from japanese.. and you can totally chop it up and eat it..
