Veggie pizza

What you need:

-Veggies.....(preferably zuchinis, tomatoes, yellow squash....you can add mushrooms and herbs)

-corn organic crust....(I get mine in the frozen area at Whole Foods)

-green salsa

-Daiya cheese (Jack preferably)

-sundried tomatoes

What you do:

- cook the veggies on the stove with a little bit of olive oil and cover for about 20 minutes or as desired....don't forget to season them with herbs, pepper, garlic salt, kelp, lemon, etc...if you'd like

- towards the middle (after 10 minutes) put crust in the oven topped with daiya cheese and cook for about 10 minutes till the cheese is melted and the crust is slightly brown as directed on the package

- splatter the green salsa on top of the cheese when the crust is ready

- add the sundried tomatoes on top of the green salsa and finally add the veggies on top of the sundried tomatoes.
