SO HOW'D IT GO?

LOVED IT! Had to add a little more oil and a tad garlic powder to bring it back to life for leftovers. Other than that, I will deff be making this again!

I've made it a few times.  Most recently, I added the entirety of one of those packets of red peppers you get with pizza.  Gave it some kick.  Tossed in some steamed broccoli and fresh mushrooms - delicious!  Very tasty and versatile...

I'm going to try the olives, next time.

I love the green ones, but I'm pretty sure they're way to salty for this recipe!

Kicking it up with lots of colorful veggies should make for a healthy option. YUM  ;D

Add a few black olives and you have Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca...rather a rude name for such a delicious dish!  ;D

Delicious! Definitely for garlic lovers, though!  :P

Another good idea, for people who like mushrooms is to dice large portobellos into large, bite-size chunks, and saute them in the garlic oil before adding the pasta. Try to roast them by covering the skillet, and letting them steam their juices out. Make sure to check back on them frequently, don't let them, or the garlic, burn. They will "carmalize" and be deep brown and toasted, and sooo flavorful!  ;D

I also use linguine, or fettuccine when making this recipe, and make sure the pasta is al dente.

I've made this a few times now. It's easy to make and tasty too!  Pretty good as leftovers the next day as well.
