Really Easy Banana Dessert

What you need:

2 bananas
2 tablespoons peanut butter

What you do:

1. Mash the bananas. To get them really smooth, you may place in a blender or food processor.
2. Stir in the peanut butter. Use more or less depending on your personal tastes.
3. Cover, and chill in refrigerator, if desired.
The peanut butter adds a little kick to the bananas, and also thickens them into almost a pudding type consistency.

I do something similar with my bananas every morning. I spread peanut butter on toasted bread, mash half a banana and spread on top, then I sprinkle brown sugar, ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon on top. Mmmmmmm!

I made this for my 3-year-old yesterday with high hopes ... she loves peanut butter and bananas ... but she refused to eat it. The consistency was too sticky for her taste. I, of course, didn't let any go to waste, but I'm not sure we'll make it again.

BTW, we used natural peanut butter (just peanuts, no salt or sugar). It might be better with Skippy or something.
