Carrot / Vegetable Juice

What you need: 

6 to 8 carrots
1 stalk of celery (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 or 2 beet(s)
some green leaves from spinach, kale, lettuce or cabbage

What you do: 

Run 6 to 8 carrots, 1 stalk of celery (cut into 1 inch pieces), along with 1 or 2 beet(s) in addition to some green leaves from spinach, kale, lettuce or cabbage through a juicer. You may vary the number of veggies as well as the quantity to create many different flavors. Find out which combinations you do like best. Enjoy!

I love fresh juice, I juiced 2 organic carrots, one organic gala apple, 4 cups of collard greens and a hand full of grapes with seeds. Very yummy and sweet. Plus all the  enzymes and nutrients are not killed off by heating. this made one 16 ounce glass of juice.
