Curry and Vegetable Soup

What you need: 

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon each of madras curry
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic powder (or fresh is better)
1 vegetable boulion
1 small onion
2 green (spring) onions (chopped)
1 small carrot (chopped finely)
1/2 cup cooked bulgar (or other fast cooking wheat product or lentils)
1 tablespoon red bell peppers
1/2 tomato (cut in cubes)
3 cups water

What you do: 

Basically throw everything into a pot and bring to boil, simmering for a few minutes until vegetables are cooked as desired. Excellent!
