Quick & Easy Cutlet

What you need:

2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
oil, for frying
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 large onions, chopped finely
1-2 green chillies, finely minced, optional
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 piece ginger, finely grated
2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped
French green beans, finely chopped
salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 slices fresh bread
1-2 cups bread crumbs

What you do:

1. Boil potatoes, then mash. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cumin until it turns light brown. Add onion, green chillies, green pepper, and ginger and fry until the onion turns transparent.
2. Mix in the chopped vegetables and fry for 5 minutes. Add garam masala. Remove pan from fire and let the mixture cool. Add the mashed potatoes, salt, and mix well.
3. Put the pieces of fresh vegan bread in a mixer and turn on until the vegan bread pieces have turned into fine crumbs. Add this bread crumb to the cutlet mixture and mix.
4. Immediately, heat a little oil in a frying pan. Shape the mixture in the form of a cutlet and roll it in the bread crumbs. Fry the cutlet until it is golden brown in color.
This cutlet can also be eaten as a veggie burger.
