A+ Aioli

What you need: 

1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
