Apple Pie for breakfast

What you need: 

1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 tart apple cut into chunks
2 teaspoon almond, soy, or rice milk (optional)
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1-3 tablespoon dry sweetener
2 tablespoon chopped pecans
1/2 to 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, or a dash of ginger, allspice, nutmeg, ground cloves, and 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon wheat germ (optional)
1/4 teaspoon flax meal (optional)

What you do: 

First put the rice in a microwave safe bowl. than if the rice is a bit dry add the soy milk. add all the rest of your ingredients and put in microwave. Microwave on high for 1 minute remove and stir, microwave for 1-3 more minutes or until apples are soft. give it one last stir and enjoy! This is a very easy going recipe if you add more spice and sweetener it will be more like real apple pie, less and it will be more like hot cereal. Either way its yummy. you can also add/exchange different types of fruits and nuts.
