Avocado Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup nondairy milk (I use soy)
7 ice cubes
1/2 avocado
3 teaspoons sweetener

What you do: 

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Source of recipe: My girlfriend used to make something like this for me in the mornings, I just revised it a little.
