Banana Soy Yogurt

What you need: 

1 (12-ounce) package Mori-Nu firm silken tofu, drained
1/2 medium banana, broken into pieces
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vegan sweetener of choice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Sweeteners can be adjusted to taste.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Oh my good lord!!  This is fantastic!  So quick & yummy & works out much cheaper than buying soya yoghurt.

Will be making all the time....dammit I knew I should have bought more tofu.

Think I'll try a different fruit next time!

This is delicious yogurt sub! I love puddingy yogurty things :-) I use about 2 tsp each maple syrup and apple juice concentrate (frozen) for swweetener. This is awesome with Pilatesveg's Bowl of Goodness.
