Buttermilk Wheat Loaf

What you need: 

1 1/4 cups of plain soymilk
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of lemon juice OR vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons vegan buttery spread
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2-2/3 cups white bread flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 pkg. (2 to 3 teaspoons) dry yeast

What you do: 

Put all ingredients into your bread pan and choose the appropriate setting "white/wheat fresh milk." and press start.
We set ours to knead the dough and let it rise a few times then pull it out and put it in a new pan in the oven to let it rise for 45 more minutes. Then we bake it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
