Butterscotch No-Bakes

What you need: 

3 cups quick oats
3/4 cup nuts (optional)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup vegan buttery spread suitable for baking
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup vegan "milk"

What you do: 

Combine oats, nuts and raisins - set aside.
Bring to a boil vegan buttery spread, sugar and "milk". Boil for one minute. Remove from heat and pour into oat mixture. Stir well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or aluminum foil.
Allow to cool thoroughly at room temperature to set(about 1-2 hours).
