Chai Tea

What you need: 

2 cups Water
5 black tea bags (I use Nature's Path Organic)
2 whole peppercorns, crushed
3 whole cloves, crushed
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
pinch of cinnamon
2 cups soymilk (I like vanilla silk)
1/4 cup vegan condensed soymilk

What you do: 

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the water to a boil. Add tea bags, reduce heat to low and simmer 4 minutes. Remove bags, stir in spices and 2 cups of soymilk. Bring back to a boil, stirring frequently so the soymilk doesn't catch. Once it boils, remove from heat, stir in condensed milk. To serve, pour through a strainer into mugs.
*If any left-over, place in sealed container and into the fridge.
