i just made this and it was really delicious! i topped it with bread crumbs tho. i also dont think i drained the tofu enough (i was running out of napkins) and was too impatient butr i should have persisted. i will try it again tho because it was YUM! i actually ended up frying it though because it was too soft (my fault) and i found that kept it together a bit more.

:) This is a great recipe! My 2 year old loves it. Next time I will make a bigger batch!

Made this for dinner with PPK chickpea gravy and mashed potatoes.  I really liked the flavor, used nutritional yeast, poultry seasoning, and pepper.  I may have cut the pieces too thin, they came out a little dry.  Froze the tofu and drained it first.  And the powdered coating didn't stick all that well and ended up a little powdery.  But I thought it was yummy regardless!  My fiance, who is not so sure about straight NY wasn't all that impressed, although he agreed that he liked the flavor, just not the powdery nature.  It's really good with the chickpea gravy!  Definitely one to try again.

i made this for dinner tonight and added the poultry seasoning like a few people recommended.
i also put it under the broiler for a little while so it would get extra crispy, and it was quite tasty.
it reminded me so much of chicken that i was alarmed :)

I just made this and it was delicious!  I'm fairly new to tofu so I have been trying several recipes and finally, one I really like.

Just made it--really good!! I have a salty tooth so I liked the saltiness. :) Adding rosemary and other seasonings (seafood or chicken) is a really good idea! Frying things scares me so I put it in the over and it turned out well. Very good, thanks!
