Incredible. Non-vegans/tofuphobes would NEVER know.

This was surprisingly decadent for a tofu-based desert. I melted 8oz of semi-sweet chocolate (that amound was plenty) with 1 tablespoon of cocoa power, and blended it with the tofu. You should definitely refridgerate the pudding at least 6 hours or overnight before serving because it will thicken and get a bit airy. This is a lot healthier than conventional chocolate desserts and hey, I wouldn't mind eating it anytime of the day ;)

Ohh. Another question? Do I have to use a double boiler... or can i just melt the chocolate chips on the stove in a pot?

I don't have a double boiler.  When I melt chocolate, I place a round glass casserole dish on top of a saucepan that has around an inch of boiling water in it.  You don't want the water rapidly boiling, just lightly.  Place the chocolate chips in the glass dish, and stir continually until melted.

Chocolate burns quite easily so I would recommend using the double boiler :D

I know that mousse is a dessert... but do you just serve it like that? or do you serve it with cookies or something?

usually you just eat it with a spoon like a "fancy pudding"  but you could garnish it with a cookie.  or like the author suggests, you can just dump it all in a pie crust and serve it as a mousse pie sorta thing.

Okaii thanks! I'll make it tonight!!!
