Creamy Butterbeans

What you need: 

500g dried butter beans soaked overnight
1 onion
1 clove garlic
50 cc sunflower oil
1 red chili
1 teaspoon dried herbs (I use h. provencale)
1 teaspoon salt
generous grind of black pepper
1 tablespoon plain flour

What you do: 

Boil soaked beans, turn off gas, cover pan with cloths and leave to cool. Do this twice. it equates to a long boiling but saves lots of power.
Finely chop onion and fry in oil till light golden and add crushed garlic, take off heat and add flour and chili stirring to mic.
