Darn Good Chocolate Mousse

What you need:

1 large ripe Florida avocado
3 to 4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons water, as needed

What you do:

1) Blend avocado until smooth. If avocado is thick, add a little water. Add cocoa and sugar and blend until very smooth. Top with strawberries or any kind of fruit, if desired. Enjoy!!!!!
Source of recipe: I just was craving something chocolate and had some avocados on hand so i tried this and it worked! It's so rich and creamy you don't have to have much! You'll never know its avocado! It's perfect for a quick dessert!!
