Easy Peanut Butter-Chocolate "Mixer"

What you need:

2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter (preferably without sugar, salt or preservatives!)
2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
water (optional)
1/2 cup of brown rice crisps cereal, granola, or any other cereal you enjoy
vegan chocolate or carob chips, to taste
raisins, to taste (optional)
almonds, cashews or pecans, to taste (optional)
shredded coconut, to taste (optional)

What you do:

1. Get a bowl and put in the peanut butter. Cover the surface of PB with the brown rice syrup. Mix lightly with a fork (how much you mix the PB and rice syrup is up to you. You could mix them completely and add a little water to make a creamy consistency, or mix less for a more gooey texture.)
2. Pour in cereal (I use brown rice crispy cereal, granola, and Nutty Rice, but you can use anything that suits your fancy. And you can mix different cereals, too.)
3. Put in the chocolate/carob chips (as much as you want), raisins, nuts, coconut or any other toppings you like. Mix it all with a spoon and enjoy in front of the TV!
VARIATION: Instead of chocolate chips (or you could still put the choc chips and make it DOUBLE chocolate if you're feeling adventurous), mix cocoa powder with the PB and rice syrup (you may need to add some water to help it all mix well).
Source of recipe: My mom and I came up with this recipe one night when we wanted a sweet treat and didn't have time to bake, freeze, or chill anything!
