Fat Free Banana Milkshake!

What you need:

1 banana, cut into bite sized pieces and put in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight
1 cup vanilla nondairy milk (I use soy)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2-1 packet sweetener

What you do:

1. Add frozen banana to blender. Pour in enough milk to cover them.
2. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener. Blend on low for approximately 1 minute or until everything is blended.
The shake comes out just like a milkshake and is a very tasty alternative to the real thing!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Equal is so bad to use. I wouldn't recommend anyone using it as an alternative sweetener. It's artificial sweetener called aspartame which destroys your pancreas. But overall, I'm curious to try this recipe. Will try it. Thanks!

MMM! This was absolutely delicious! I used chocolate soymilk instead and only one tsp of cinnamon. It was very filling and tasted as decadent as if it had been made with ice cream. Thanks for posting!

I really like this!! I thought maybe the cinnamon might be too much while making it, but I actually ended up loving the cinnamoness of this :) Next time I might add more bananas just to make it more mushy! :)

I made it yesterday and I added a tablespoon of peanut butter, a few walnuts and used almond milk instead of soy.  Maybe the peanut butter defeats the purpose of it being fat free but I was really good.  Very thick like ice cream.

Just made this for breakfast-I didn't measure anything, just kinda winged it. I added some ground flax and a cinnamon/sugar combination I found in the cabinets. Taste pretty good,  I'm going to make this for my 8 yrs old using peaches. Thanks again :)>>> . Oh yeah...I used vanilla rice milk.

Thats a good idea with the rice milk and other fruits...I wonder what it  would be like with almond breeze almond milk (my favorite).  Also I'd like to try it with raw sugar. lol I haven't even tried this recipe yet and I'm already finding other ways to make it.
