Grilled Peanut Butter & Jelly

What you need: 

Peanut butter
Jam, any flavor
2 slices bread
Non-butter spread (I like Earth Balance)

What you do: 

1) Spread non-butter spread on one side of each piece of bread. Place one slice in pan over medium heat. Spread on peanut butter and jam. Place other slice of bread on top. Cook both sides til golden brown. Enjoy!
Source of recipe: I got bored with plain PB&J and came up with this.
